Rental & Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy
To reserve your rental, 50% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your scheduled rental date.
Cancellation Policy
Due to high seasonal demand, cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to your rental date in order to receive a refund.
Cancellations made within two weeks of the rental date will be rescheduled as long as the schedule allows.
Weather Policy
While we always want every group to enjoy their day on the lake, weather conditions are outside of our control.
If conditions are unsafe to launch boats, we will gladly provide a refund or work with you to reschedule your rental.
As we like to say — we can’t control the weather, the good Lord does — but we will always do our best to take care of our guests.
